No surprise fees

Receiving packages at your Egyptian address is always free. The fees below only apply to the optional services you actually choose to use, and shipping itself is priced separately based on weight and destination.

Package receiving

Free

Every package delivered to your Suite is received, logged, weighed, measured and photographed at no charge.

Consolidation

$4.00 per merge

Combine two or more packages from your mailbox into a single outbound shipment to save on carrier weight charges.

Repacking

$5.00 per package

Remove bulky retail packaging and repack items into a smaller, sturdier box to reduce volumetric weight.

Extra inspection & photos

$2.00 per request

Request additional photos or a manual content check beyond the standard arrival photos included with every package.

Storage

Free for 30 days, then $0.50 / package / day

Every package includes 30 days of free storage from its arrival date. See our Storage Policy for the full timeline.

Buy For Me

10% service fee (minimum $5 per order)

Our team purchases items on your behalf when a store does not accept international cards or does not ship at all. The fee is added on top of the item cost.

All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers including Stripe, PayPal and Paymob. ShipEgy does not add a hidden markup — you only pay the service fees listed here plus shipping.
