The moment a package is logged into your mailbox, a 30-day free storage window opens. Use that time to shop more, consolidate, repack, or simply decide how you want to ship — there is no cost during this window.

What happens, and when

Your storage countdown, day by day

  1. Day 0 — Package received

    Your package is logged, weighed, measured and photographed. The free storage countdown begins immediately.

  2. Day 21 — First reminder

    We email you and post an in-app notification that your free storage window is entering its final week.

  3. Day 27 — Final reminder

    A second alert lets you know only a few days remain — time to ship, consolidate, or request an extension.

  4. Day 30 — Free storage ends

    If the package has not shipped, been extended, or been consolidated by now, daily storage fees begin the following day.

Requesting a storage extension

Open the package in your dashboard and select Request Extension before day 30. Extensions are reviewed case by case, and once approved, pause the countdown for the additional period shown on the request.

What happens after storage expires

Once the free period ends without an approved extension, a daily storage fee of $0.50 per package applies until the package ships, is disposed of, or an extension is granted.

Disposal policy

Packages left unpaid and unclaimed for an extended period after storage fees begin may be donated or disposed of, and only after repeated reminders. We always try to reach you first — any outstanding balance and next steps are shown clearly in your dashboard.

Yes. Once packages are combined into a new consolidated shipment, that shipment starts its own fresh 30-day window.

The fee is calculated per package still sitting in your mailbox, so consolidating multiple packages into one can reduce your total daily charge.
