Some packages need more than a standard box. Whenever our warehouse team identifies fragile or high-value contents — or you flag them yourself — the package is handled under a separate process with reinforced materials and clear labeling.

Reinforced boxing

Double-wall boxes and rigid corner protection for anything that can crack or bend.

Cushioning

Extra documentation

Additional photos are taken before sealing, so condition is on record before it ships.

Note that an incoming package contains fragile contents when you create its pre-alert.

We double-check on arrival

Our warehouse team also flags obviously delicate items automatically, even without a pre-alert note.
