DHL rate adjustment — Zone B

DHL has updated its Zone B per-kilogram rates for shipments to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, effective this week. Updated pricing is already reflected in the shipping calculator and all new quotes.

Warehouse hours during the upcoming public holiday

Our Cairo warehouse will operate on reduced hours during the upcoming public holiday. Package receiving and photography may be delayed by up to one business day; shipments already in transit are not affected.

FedEx International Economy now available

We've added FedEx International Economy as a lower-cost, longer-transit alternative to International Priority. It will appear automatically in your quotes when available for your destination.

Brief delay in extra inspection requests

A temporary backlog in our warehouse inspection queue may add up to one extra business day to extra-photo and inspection requests this week. Standard arrival photography is not affected.

Consolidation fee update

Our consolidation fee has been simplified to a flat $4.00 per merge, regardless of how many packages are combined. See the Pricing page for the full current fee schedule.

Temporary customs delays for shipments to Australia

Some carriers are reporting temporary customs processing delays for shipments arriving in Australia. Transit time estimates to Australia may run slightly longer than usual until this clears.
