How long is free storage, and what happens after?

Your free storage window, reminders, and what happens if it expires.

Every package receives a free storage period starting the day it is logged into your mailbox. You will see a countdown next to each package and receive reminders before it expires.

If you need more time, you can request a storage extension from the package detail screen. Packages that remain unshipped after the free period and any extension may be subject to a daily storage fee, as outlined in our Storage Policy.
