Payment processing

Payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors — Stripe, PayPal and Paymob. ShipEgy never sees or stores your full card number on its own servers.

Two-factor authentication

Add an extra layer of protection to your account with 2FA, available from Profile & Preferences → Security. Once enabled, a one-time code is required when logging in from a new device.

Identity verification

For certain account features or high-value shipments, we may request a government-issued ID to confirm your identity and help prevent fraud. Verification data is restricted to authorized internal use only.

Wallet & balance protection

Your ShipEgy wallet balance is tied to your verified account, with activity visible in your transaction history for full transparency.

Encrypted connections

All traffic between your browser and ShipEgy is encrypted in transit, protecting your data as it moves between your device and our servers.

Data handling
