1. Purpose of This Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets expectations for how ShipEgy's address, mailbox, shipping, and Buy For Me services may be used, so that the platform remains safe and reliable for everyone.

2. Prohibited Items and Activities

You may not use ShipEgy to ship, store, or purchase items that are illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited by carrier or customs rules, as described on our Prohibited Items page. You may not use the platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or the evasion of sanctions or export controls.

3. Accurate Declarations

You must declare the true contents and value of every package and pre-alert. Deliberately understating a declared value or misdescribing contents to reduce duties is a violation of this policy, regardless of intent.

4. Account Sharing and Fraud

Accounts, addresses, and Suite Codes are intended for the registered individual. Using another person's account without authorization, or creating accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions, is prohibited.

5. Abuse of Buy For Me

Buy For Me requests must be for legitimate personal purchases. Submitting requests intended to defraud sellers, exploit pricing errors, or resell restricted goods is prohibited.

6. Abuse of Storage

Storage is intended for packages awaiting a shipping decision, not for long-term warehousing. Accounts that repeatedly let packages reach disposal without engagement may be restricted.

7. Respectful Conduct

Communications with ShipEgy staff, whether through support tickets, chat, or phone, should be respectful. Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff is not tolerated.

8. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, removal of specific packages or requests, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on severity, in addition to any rights ShipEgy has under the Terms and Conditions.

9. Reporting Violations

If you believe another user or a third party is misusing ShipEgy in violation of this policy, please report it through our Contact page.
