Understanding your Suite Code

Your Suite Code is a unique identifier tied to your ShipEgy address. It should always appear in Address Line 2 when you check out on an Egyptian store.

Without it, our warehouse cannot automatically match an incoming package to your account, which can delay processing. If a package arrives without a visible Suite Code, it is logged as unclaimed until it can be matched manually.
